Therapeutic approach:
Dr. Diana Maatouk is a Psychodynamic-Analytical psychotherapist with expertise in trauma, interpersonal difficulties, and issues with anxiety and depression. The essence of Psychodynamic Therapy or Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy is exploring those aspects of the self that are not fully known, especially as they are manifested and potentially influenced in the therapy relationship.
The space of the therapy along with the therapeutic relationship, provide a safe setting in which one can freely say what they wish to disclose without the worry of feeling judged. Through psychotherapy, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the meaning underlying your symptoms.
