Imposture Syndrome

Imposture syndrome is a psychological pattern in which individuals doubt their accomplishments, skills, or abilities and have an internalized fear of being exposed as a “fraud”. Despite external evidence of their competence, individuals with impostor syndrome often attribute their successes to luck or external factors rather than their own capabilities.

Our therapists are very well trained to help you recognize and challenge your negative thought patterns, reframe the perceptions you have of yourself, and develop self-acceptance.
